Once a prospective homebuyer fills out a Homebuyer Application using our systems and following the directions on the Flyer and the Sign Rider, the application is routed to your account, you will be notified after the Application has been placed into your account by Email. You simply adjust the status on the application and it stays in your account. You are then free to contact the prospective homebuyer.
Our Sign Riders are built to withstand the elements and will last for many seasons, actual size 6" by 24"

We provide you the Builder with information on the local City, County and State wide programs that you can provide to the prospective homebuyer, the homebuyer is then better armed to purchase your home. The prospective homebuyer can take the information you the Builder provide to their Lender to help with Financing and DownPayment Assistance or you the Builder can get active with the DPA programs in question and have your Financial unit file all the necessary forms to utilize these DPA programs. The Market is flush with funds and we at American Housing Programs can provide this information.
